Dr. Mwansa Chabala holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and is a lecturer, researcher, and consultant at the Copperbelt University. He is the Centre Leader for the Copperbelt University Africa Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Mining and has conducted several SIYB and EYB training workshops in Zambia.

Beenzu Chitenge
Beenzu Chitenge has a background in electrical engineering and a diploma in entrepreneurship and business management. He worked as a lecturer in entrepreneurship and business management for 12 years and then started his own firm, Greenmark Consultants Limited, which has worked with various organizations. He has participated in various business development and mentorship programs, including training selected SMEs in the Accelerated Growth for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (AGS) program and attending a training of trainers in the Agricultural Business Analysis & Investment Training (AGBAIT) program.
